ConceptRooted in the idea of making the invisible visible, Eatomorph transforms inner psychological processes into tangible, artistic experiences for binge-eating patients.

My Note Through this design, I hope to create a gentle yet genuine space for emotional exploration — where light and shadow become a new language of self-understanding.

Etamorph
Project Overview

Eatomorph is an interactive installation based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), designed to help individuals with binge eating disorder cultivate self-awareness and psychological flexibility through sensory experiences of light, shadow, and touch.

By engaging with elements like slime, spotlight, and LED lights, participants are guided through a process of transformation — from impulse to awareness, acceptance, and action.

Eatomorph serves as both a therapeutic tool and an artistic reflection on the relationship between eating and the self.
